Shipping Destinations

Pierce currently ships to most countries within Europe. If your country is not available during checkout, we are unfortunately unable to deliver to your location at this time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
  • During peak seasons, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping

Pierce offers:

Free Standard Shipping on orders over €80.

The free shipping threshold may be changed during promotional periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and tracking link.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Customs Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped within the European Union, applicable taxes are generally included in the final price.

For countries outside the EU (including but not limited to Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom), customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Pierce is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide assistance whenever possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the package and product.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Include your order number and photos in your message.

We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
